How Clarify meters AI
Clarify publishes two example credit rates on its pricing page. As of the September 3 verification: 30 credits per meeting summary and 1 credit per campaign email. Its prospecting page adds that Lead Finder imports cost 1 credit per new contact and a sent email costs 1 credit. Rates for deal summaries and field-update suggestions are no longer listed.
Background enrichment and meeting recording draw no credits. On the Free tier, the AI pauses when the month's 1,000 credits are exhausted; paid tiers top up at $50 per 5,000 credits. On-demand credits are off by default and can be capped by dollar amount.
A worked example: a team taking 40 recorded meetings a month spends about 1,200 credits on meeting summaries alone (40 x 30) - already past the Free tier's allowance before any campaign emails or Lead Finder imports. Estimate a month of real usage before comparing stickers.

The Free tier's unlimited seats are unusual - most vendors cap free seats (Attio caps its free plan at 3). Clarify caps the AI work instead: the seat is free, the intelligence is metered.

That figure does not appear anywhere on Clarify's pricing page - and Clarify does not price per user at all. When a third-party number and the vendor's own page disagree, trust the vendor page; if it is a preview of a real repricing, the changelog above will catch it. Listings that quote a $20 Starter or 2,500 free credits are also wrong per the vendor page as of September 3, 2026.
