How Attio meters AI
Attio meters AI with a two-level credit system, reset monthly: a per-seat allowance (100 on Free, 500 on Plus, 1,000 on Pro, 2,500 on Enterprise) and a separate per-workspace pool (250 / 1,500 / 10,000 / custom). Seat credits cannot be bought; when they run out, Ask Attio draws on the workspace pool. Paid add-on packs top up the workspace pool only, on paid plans - $70 to $475 per month on annual billing ($85 to $595 monthly).
Feature gating rides on top of the credits: Call Intelligence and Sequences - the pieces most sales teams buy an AI CRM for - are Pro-and-up. When comparing Attio's sticker against other vendors, price the Pro tier, not Plus.
